Two years ago, media personality and video music director, Kemi
Adetiba was involved in an alleged fraud scandal where she was said to
have duped a church, The God Bless Nigeria church, of about N15million
for a documentary she was supposed to do for them about the downtrodden
in Nigeria.
Kemi, who has since been cleared of all
the allegations, chose to finally speak about the case today, two years after it went viral. In a post on her instagram page, Kemi addressed the allegations and posted a letter from the said church. See what she wrote after the cut...

Kemi Adetiba... I wish you kept ur cool on this issue but you decided to sell your self out. Okay let me help you. The truth is you were paid for a documentary job for an NGO ran by a church in Lekki about 15million or so and it took you forever to finish the project and when you finally showed with the finished work it was a major crap compared to what the church media crew had done in the past in fact ur edit and story telling was so amateur the only good thing about the video was sharp pictures plus you were not even close to finish yet even though you said you were done. the church called you for meetings several time and you didn't show up but you choose to send ur fake Oyinbo producer. To this legal action were supposed to be taken against you the only thing that saved you was that the church decided to do things the Christian way not to go to court. You come out now to tell the world you won? Who are you trying to fool... come on hide ur face please and be silence. Am a creative person and I know we all have stories of terrible client but in this case you fucked up PERIOD!!

Even if what David Ekpo said is true, it doesn't still mean that she defrauded a church. That's just a very big accusation and an ugly way to paint what happened. She was tardy, ineffective and inefficient in delivering the said service; YES I agree but being called a "fraudster" isn't the same thing or even close..
Anyway, this happened a long time ago, so I wish her all the best in regaining her name, life and career. People don't just get strong, you get strong by overcoming all the obstacles life puts in your way...
