In our environment today, such isn't obtainable so the undue attention to it isn't need. Why? You may ask. Being in the medical line, wen examining a female, a chaperone Must be present for the ffg: to serve as a witness in cases where the female px sues d doctor wrongfully( litigation purposes); anoda reason is to ensure that d doc doesn't do such to his advantage.... the only setting where such is obtained is where such a px decides to go to a one roomed cubicle with the door plaque reading 'hospital'..... Well, all in my opinion (imo).
I don't see anything funny about it. it is kinda too childish. Why naija comedians don't put effort in their act baffles me. A little research + choice of word would have made a good delivery. mcheeeeeeeeew
