When cooking frying or microwaving sausages ensure to perforate them with a fork or knife before you begin or else it could explode due to heat and pressure (for example that's why you see perforations in meat-pies you buy from bakeries).....The issue is not the sausages, the issue is with your technique and most likely your error....Every bad occurrence is not an opportunity to disparage Nigerian products...anyway, sorry for your accident, rubbing honey on the injured area could help.

It is not a Nigerian sausage issue. This woman just doesn't know about sausage. Most sausages burst if you cook them too long and at high temperature. Therefore unless you batter them first you just shouldn't deep fry them otherwise the sausage will burst and all the juices will pop from the hot oil to your body. This will happen with any sausage.
Just so u know, new research has shown that processed beef is carcinogenous (i.e. It causes cancer) and that includes sausages, corned beef, etc. Stay away from it.
