It had happened to me before ...in a bad traffic along cele - ilasa... an area known for car robbery.I had to urinate into a empty soft drink bottle..Thank God it was Night time ~8pm and I was the only one in the car.
Well........they need to amend that so called law,in consideration of people who suffer from certain health conditions that causes incontinence especially diabetic patients. I saw a bank girl come out of her official car in the evening,no where to enter,she was pressed & couldn't go far,she urinated in-between very short flowers in full glare of everybody. The CCTV thing is really an abuse of one's personal freedom to act within the believe that he is alone;with every sense of the word'alone'. He waited for his wife to leave only to be punked by a security gadget.
If he wanted to be watched, he could have done it outside his car but he hid and did it in his car. This is abuse of privacy and exploit of the law against an abiding citizen who would rather use a cup than use the street as seen generally in African countries.
