PDP's twitter handle tweeted the pictures, praising Governor Segun Mimiko and claiming that this is what a typical primary school in Ondo state looks like. Biko, is this true?

Nah Linda! It's a lie and a propaganda. The truth is every local government area has two of monstrous waste of money each costing betweeen N600million to N800million. These same LGAs also parade classrooms only fit for monkeys and snakes.
Only 2% of the Primary School in Ondo State looks like that. FYI I was born here, bred, grow up here in Ondo state. Mimiko is all about cosmetic project.
What i can say bout ondo is that its very classy,good roads,lots of hotels,lots of supermarket/mini malls, well organized and filled with rich people.awesome landscape, rocks, trees,hills,mountains.. I was in akure and damn,beautiful

Can there post a picture of another school like this, why do we keep giving ourselves unmerited attention it is the duty of the government to provide good and conducive learning environment for pupils all these little amenities have been budgeted for yearly so if they dont do it what is the yearly budget for. It's great building schools that r up to standard. But it shouldn't just be about the building it should also be about qualified and dedicated teachers paid as at when due. Students from that school should standout! They should be able to hold their own with against students from private schools

It's true Linda, I attended Ijapo Estate Primary School like 30 years ago and was shocked when I passed it today as I'm on holiday visit to my parents and no longer live in Akure. It's exactly as it is in the picture. I was so happy I showed my kids. It was falling apart in my time, no windows or doors!
they are mega schools because a certain number of schools were merged and put together into a mega schpool built and furnished by the state government. They are such beautiful edifices.
Linda ondo state is just 3hrs drive from lagos, I can mention many school even in the state capital Akure that are terrible. I promise I will update you with the pictures. St Stephen primary school ijomu .
