Busted! Gisele Bundchen wears Burqa to plastic surgeon's office in Paris...but goes with her longtime driver

How do you hide to go see a plastic surgeon, disguise yourself but ask your driver of 5 years to drive you there? That's exactly what super model and mother of 2 Gisele Bündchen did. In newly-released photos, Gisele and her younger sister are pictured stepping out of car outside a plastic surgeon's office in Paris on July 15, both of them dressed in burqas. Unfortunately her identity is given away by the presence of her longtime driver.

Gisele was at the plastic surgeon's office reportedly to have an eye and breast surgery. And just a day before she went there, she was seen somewhere else in Paris with the same driver. Plus Gisele had visited the clinic on June 30 - without any disguise - two weeks before she allegedly had plastic surgery there. She shouldn't have gone with him. See the photos after the cut...
