The source who sent the pic wasn't able to tell me how come the boy was crossing the road by himself. Please don't look if you don't have the heart.

Oh God, Trailer driver again.
Oh dear... Poor boy. They ask them to build bridges for the poor masses, but they only promise and fail. The kids who were killed in ikota, ajah last year in almost the same circumstances must be crying in their graves, their spirits must be turmoil after APC & their demons who do not give a fuck about the poor masses but the rich are yet to construct anything close to a bridge in that area.
