Hmm, i just visitd this ETX website and checked d price of processing and sending my transcript from Uniport to OAU and guess what?! It charged me a whoopibg N37,625. I'm dead shock. This thing is super-exhorbitant joor. Just imagine if u're sensing abroad now e fit b double or triple this. Abeg... I think i go dey do d transcript waka myself joor.
Please and Please people should avoid this organisation. They have no good reviews. Once your payment has been made, reaching them is next to impossible and your transcript will be delayed for almost a year.

Pls n pls beware of this company, they are scammers. I order my transcript about a year and half and haven't heard anything from them, sent them several emails but no reply. New schools you said abi and how many are they compared to the old majority? To get my transcript was something else, I had to personally come to naija if this was already in existence then, it would have been most helpful.

I have used this service, and I was overly impressed - got my transcript sent to Canada within two weeks.
Hence, I would want to believe that those having negative experience with them probably had issues with their schools such as missing results, carry-overs, incomplete or missing school files at the department, bursary and other clearance issues which all are determinants.
Considering the pitiful record system in some schools in this country, files for older graduates like in the early 80s and 90s are not traceable, and without this, transcripts cannot be generated - unless of course new results are forged. And instead of forging results, this people will rather refund your money.

Great idea; quite a lot of mixed comments - some even get personal. I believe those with bad comments can do so now that these guys have provided accountability - would you have had a platform to say this about your school before these guys? I guess they are doing a good thing, perhaps teething because its new. They have a physical address in VI and from the address, it is next to GT bank head office. If they are scammers, they wont have such a presence. All in all - solid idea and worth the try. Nigerians should be optimistic and supportive.
I heard them on cool FM a while back and saw a newspaper article about them on "thisday" - it cannot be fraudulent with this level of awareness.

Their service is EXTREMELY slow.
They promise 3 weeks but it can actually take up to 3 months. Very unprofessional, they don't lift a finger until you send them an old copy of the transcript you had previously processed yourself. They just collect your money and go to sleep !
We can only get better and stronger. Brand new terrain, quite rough for now but with time, we'll eventually achieve our objective which is basically to assist the schools better manage their records thus making life easier for students and alumni.

Run for your dear life. They are worse than useless. They collect your money and then sit on their backsides for months, while you are there sweating, waiting forever.

Can someone please help, I applied for my transcript via ETX since 30th of July 2015, Up till today 2nd December 2015, i am yet to receive my transcript, whenever I call them they tell me it is being signed.

Please don't use ETX-NG ever. VERY VERY FRAUDULENT PEOPLE. I wish i did my research well. I am not usually this "uncautious". My transcript order with REF ID 36126 has been pending since March. OLOWOGBOGBORO will cause them to refund my money else, they will never know peace
