Am sure that building was a contract given to someone or a company to build at a very huge amount, this is the result. Nigerians and substandard materials risking peoples lives, two dead, God help us.

Probably due to substandard materials and lack of research about the piece of land. So sad that lives had to be lost cos of some incompetent and greedy people.

On saturday morning, I was discussing with my friend on the substandard materials used in building in Abuja. Most of the houses in Gwarinpa are built with substandard materials, in fact most houses in Abuja are. Assume, there's a small tremor in Abuja, 60% of houses will collapse.
