Huntington-Whiteley and Statham, who introduced highlights from the comedy with costar Melissa McCarthy, got engaged while on vacation over the holidays.
The couple who have been dating for five years met on set of The Transformers in 2011.
"We're best mates," Huntington-Whiteley told Self magazine of her longtime love in April 2015. "He makes me laugh every day. I almost feel like I never had a proper boyfriend before!"
