Oh my. Thank God d life guard wasn't a racist o. Exact Same thing happened to me when i was 9. Since then, i haven't entered a swimming pool. Its bn 20yrs now. Wow!

A pool full with white kids, im not suprised those around him Ddnt notice he was drowning..
In my first year and first term at Lutheran High School, Obot Idim, I went to the nearby stream close to my school and swam in the stream to one of the deepest parts of the river. Try as hard as I could to come out, I couldnt, because I was stuck in the mud. It dawned on me that I will die if I wasnt rescued. Indeed, I was already gulping water while unable to breathe. There was a commotion at the bank of the stream as I heard someone commenting that someone was about to drown. Behold, Ita Oku, one of my schoolmates dove inside the river and rescued me from drowning. But for the Grace of God I will die. I have been looking for this guy since to tell him "Thank you" for rescuing my life to no avail. May God bless him wherever he is in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen. I praise God for His Great and continuous mercies to me in Jesus Name, Amen.
P/S: Would you believe this that during my junior year in that same school, a fellow villager also drowned in that stream?
