This is cool i love the banter, but realize this the customer service rep had to 1st have a great sense of humour to begin with, that being said by the manner with which he solved the problem you can tell he's just a smart chap that knows what he's being paid for.......Alass our service reps here are not trained, they believe they are doing you a Favour to begin with and are always in a hurry to get to the next customer (abi them get quota of how many u must attend to a day???) ....thanks for that Linda realy appreciate this post.

I most certainly belief this was a true Amazon chat. Amazon customer service is exceptional. I was once shipped a faulty headphone to Nigeria from Amazon. I chatted their customer care and reported it, not only did they refund in full the item price they also refunded international return shipping by DHL. They have given me discounts and free one day shipping. Amazon is simply Amazing...you should try them and see
