Yesterday, we heard that a PDP Guber candidate removed a transformer he'd given to a community after he lost in the Oyo Gubernatorial race (read
here). The man, Teslim Folarin, released a statement denying that he was the one who removed the transformer. Anyway, according to new reports, Oyo state governor, Abiola Ajimobi heard about the incident and bought a bigger transformer for the community which was delivered to them yesterday.

Iam not holding brief for the Gov, but was he suppose to install another transformer on top of the one previously donated? And does his giving this tranformer now add anymore to the victory he has won?
This is why, good or bad, any govt will continue to do what seems right to them because some critics can never see any good in their perceived enemy's action!
And come to think of it,, is it the responsibility of OYSG to provide transformers? Do we pay our electricity bills to OYSG? When shall we start holding those thieves called electrcity DISCOS to meet up with their obligations?
If Folarin had won, Oyo State indigenes would have suffered even more. Oyo state is unlucky with Governors. Never had a Gov like Fashola.
