Don't have requisite skills my black arse... This is what we were told when we then just graduated from school, thereby given us a sense of low self esteem and inability to take pride in our certificate. This guy should go take a dive in the lagoon, i have come to realise that these people say this things so as to employ graduates and pay them peanuts, recruit them via recruitment firms and pay them peanuts, place them on jobs without training, without benefits, without any form of incentives that will help motivate them on the job, open fake recruitment pages online that will ask you to pay certain fees so as to give you some crappish interview tips....... Nigerian graduates does not lack anything, I have seen no difference, I stand corrected, between graduates of then and those of now. The difference is that there were available jobs then that was able to absorb everybody, the good, the bad and the ugly!!!!
U're proud
