Nigerians...are everywhere! Oh well. Peshawar Police, Pakistan has rescued three Nigerian citizens who were kidnapped five months ago.
Police said a raid was conducted on a house on a secret information
in Dabgari area on February 27, 2016, during which the kidnapped Nigerian citizens were
recovered. Eight suspects were also arrested during the raid.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Cantt Kashif Zulfiqar said the three
Nigerian men were kidnapped by the suspects on October 2015 over a
monetary dispute.

Peshawar isn't your average city. The only reason a Nigerian would be found there is either he is trying to join some terrorist group or he is buying drugs. Trust me on this one: I was there in the early nineties on official business and that's not some place you go for tourism, business or to study. It is so far the scariest place I have ever been to, and I have been to quite a number of rough spots. Our intelligence services would need to have a lengthy chat with these fellows before they are allowed back into our society.
