Yesterday, a billboard of Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha shaking hands with US president Barack Obama, surfaced in Owerri - and Nigerians found it both hilarious and annoying. See some reactions after the cut...

My Governor after years of staying in the opposition, is among the presidential team to meet the most powerful man in the world. If he chooses to celebrate it, its not out of place. Imo people are not complaining.
