harassing members of the public who they claim broke the law. Well, Defence Headquarters this afternoon reacted to the pics, saying the
act is against the military's principle and will be investigated. The

This is the very reason why America refuses to deal arms to Nigeria. It will end up in the hands of barbarians. The authorities assume the Ostrich position when they should discipline their personnel.
