I think he needs to redeem the trust the people of Imo state reposed on him in the last election. He has not done very well as people expected. Agric is at the lowest ebb in the state, road network that he started are all left half-done, teachers are on strike, the State is practically shut down. Basically, All the road is Owerri is in a very bad condition.. From Umuguma Road to Works lay-ou.. the popular Bala Suya is cut off.. The New road he built not up to 2 years through Emmanuel College to West end is the Worst.. We all voted against Ohakim but the road Ohakim Built years back are still very good compared to roads built by Rochas... Governor Rochas is just a Scam Artist,, He decieves the people with his speech which he never accomplishes.. look at the chukwuma nwaoha road which he boasted to have dualised is in a very bad shape.. Look at the Major Douglas road... It is a no-go area.. Look at the relief Market road, that one is a Trap waiting for whom to swallow... Look at the road immediately after Dam Anyiam Stadium, it is nothing to write home about... Owelle is basically doing nothing.. All the hospitals he boasted of building in the 27 local governments, non is working.. Look at the world bank road... he does it half job... What type of a Governor is this?? I was appointed when he was among the delegate selected to go to America with Buhari.. Well I guess he was selected by the role he played in the election of Buhari... But Sir Buhari, if na Imo state money dem use finance your Election, please you have to pay back because we are the ones suffering it... There is no known Construction company in Imo State...All road contracts are done by only 6 men with shovels and truck carrying the asphalt... sometimes they become 8...
