i got this DVD on Saturday at ICM, it has less than 10 recipes, and the book has uninteresting recipes as well, just sharp sharp ways of cooking, the ekpankukwo recipe especially, it was already prepared and then they just showed how it's wrapped. wasted my precious #500. nonsense!!! @Ngozi Itodo isn't it obvious this DVD wasn't designed for ignorant people like you? Did you expect it to show you the entire process of how every meal is cooked or show you the basics to guide your cooking??? Won't it be boring to watch someone cook for an hour?
You also carefully forgot to mention that the pack contains a recipe booklet of over 100 recipes! You have better learn to read before even trying to cook a delicacy. I got my copy and I am already learning fast!
