Between traffic wardens and motorists in Minna, Niger state
According to twitter user @MrAbuSidiq, in Minna, Niger State, people disobey traffic rules so much that the police officers have no choice but to cross the road with a rope whenever the light turns red.
Lol I guess they are not t part of d Nigeria police forces. Meanwhile they are those who will arrest u for nt moving at d first second d green light appears
Spike Strips would be more effective. Cause after sometime they will soon realize that the Police cannot hold them with the rope if they want to pass. And possibly drag him off with them.
