Wrong. Oil started reducing July 2014 and Goodluck left may 2015, less than a year later. And when they say empty treasury it doesn't have anything to do with our yearly budget(which is funded by everyday crude oil sales). Empty treasury means our foreign reserves, thats the account we use to stabilize d naira against the dollar and finance our imports. You my friend if you really want to know, the figures are public. OBJ left $40bn, Yar'a dua increased it to $60bn then it reduced to $47bn b4 yar'adua left. My dear friend Goodluck who oversaw the highest crude prices in history left office with $30bn in reserves. Wayyy less than what even OBJ left 8 years b4 when crude prices were $60 highest
