Nigeria to Launch First Astronaut in Space before 2030- Minister of Science and Technology says

Minister of Science and Technology, Ogbonnaya Onu, says that Nigeria will launch its first Astronaut into space before 2030. Onu said this while speaking to a delegation from the Defence Space Agency in Abuja yesterday March 24th.
“On or before 2030, we can do it with the programme and infrastructure that we have. Space technology is very important to protect our national interest as we already have satellite in space.
All the things that is needed is in the budget that has just being passed and from this year we will commence the implementation of the programme that we have and because of the importance of space to the wellbeing of the nation, we will work very hard to launch a Nigerian astronaut before 2030“he said

All things are possible through Christ that strengthens us. It's not bad an ambition but planning towards it's realization should be of utmost importance since I know this man may or may not be there by 2030 but it should be well structured in a way that others can carry the dream and project along to see to it's fulfillment.

This is the most vague lie I have seen in a while. He should tell us what measures have been put in place to achieve this. He is just talking.
