Photos: Chai! A school teacher in Kogi State couldn't do basic subtraction, read her certificate or write simple words

This took place Friday during the ongoing screening of civil servants in Kogi State. See Facebook post by Evangelist Kingsley Olorunfem, Director-General, Media and Publicity at Governor's office, Kogi State Government:

"It is generational wickedness to employ someone as a teacher not because he/she is qualified but because you want to show political appreciation . Wonders shall never end. A "teacher", Idoko Comfort was asked to subtract 1988 from 2017 at the screening centre today. She was also asked to write "I obtained my first degree in Guidance and Counselling". See what she wrote. She couldn't even read her certificate. We need deliverance in this state. And these are the people teaching our children. The rot in the civil service must be sanitized. We are currently investigating the authenticity of the certificates. It is about you!"

What some people have inside their skull is cotton wool rather than brain. What concerns a school teacher's inability to defend his certificate with the president. With your prowesses in English & quality certificate how many international functions have you headed? Can you also tell me how many times mr President has been corrected for poor communication in English ?. Freedom of speech is not a licence to always insult your leader without reservations. What he has done at 74 ,if any of you is giving 300 years to live on earth & in Nigeria, you can't do 1/10th of his achievement, based on the kind of people called Nigerians. If your mouth can not say good thing keep quite. Remember God is watching all of us whatever faith you belongs.

Nnenne, I'm so sure you call yourself a graduate too but your comment here shows several weaknesses in basic grammatical construction. You could have made your point by knowing when and how to use "will", "can't', "called". So tell me, what's the difference between you and the "teacher" mentioned in the post? A pot that calls kettle black.
