Forfeiture, not only of stolen fund and properties, but of All properties and funds that belong directly to that individual and those that assisted him or her. That way he will feel how he/she had made numerous citizens to feel through his/her greed. And to deter others from abetting in crime.

EFCC is doing a good job however, mere forfeiture is not enough to serve as a deterrent to others. In addition to forfeiture, the offender should be stoned to death. In addition, none of their immediate family members should ever be allowed to hold public office of any kind in Nigeria.

If an extended family member benefited from the ill gotten wealth, the same treatment should be meted out.

Plea bargaining should never be accepted in high profile cases. That is tantamount to giving a grave offender a tap on the wrist as punishment. Poor people do not have that option. They are sentenced to the maximum and most severe punishment ever. This should also apply to rich people. I support the death sentence for high profile thieves!!

The death sentence for offenders is the only thing that will deter others from embezzlement and enriching themselves with public funds, through corrupt practices.

It is not right to lock up thieves that stole 250k only to collect the millions back from those that stole millions and billions and let them walk away. As a matter of fact that kinda nullified law in Nigeria.

That's one of the dumbest questions coming from anti graft agency culprits will return bacv to their habit they need to be corrected in facility corruption is more deadlier than cancer in disease world cos it's very contagious and has the feeling of hard drug indulgence

they should suffer forfeiture, long term prison sentences or even death.
Because their looting of the treasury put common Nigerians to death.
PERIOD

Jokey country with jokey laws that does not apply to the rich. You guys made a joke out of it all and should start thinking about making serious checks to release some non dangerous locked up individuals that did not commit big crimes cause they are even better than your wealthy thieving politicians that locked them up.
