MADSAN is an umbrella association for all marine diesel suppliers in Nigeria, which was incorporated to defend the interests of its members, safeguard the independence, resilience and profitability of businesses and other key issues that affect the industry at both state and federal levels.

 

The association represents the common interests of its members by interacting and collaborating with the Government, regulators, other trade associations, and standard setting bodies on matters related to the downstream oil industry in Nigeria and internationally when appropriate. The association is a well-established outfit with a network of branches reaching to several important cities of Nigeria.

3.       Environmental Health & Safety Program: This association grants dealerships access to complete safety compliance management and environmental compliance services, including: Regularly scheduled facility inspections, employee training, and formal safety committee meetings; around-the-clock support for environmental and safety incidents.

4.       Legal Services: For general, day-to-day legal needs, the MADSAN legal advisors are on standby to provide marine dealers like you with advice on subjects such as dealer agreements, real estate and lease agreements, employment practices, consumer complaints, and much more.
