I beg to disagree with this claim. What are the law enforcement agencies doing? Why must the people take the law into their hands? Does South African constitution empower any body to do work of the Police? Is their actions lawful or justifiable in any ways? To me hatred and jealousy towards Nigerians are evident in their actions.
