Photos: Sapele residents protest over prolonged power outage, outrageous estimated bills

There was a massive protest in Sapele, Delta State this morning as residents of the community staged a protest over prolonged power outage and outrageous estimated bills. The angry protesters said they have not had power in the last one month, yet PHCN officials still bring outrageous bills to them. They blocked major federal roads that pass through their community. More photos after the cut...

I love this article and i do really feel for the people of Sapele and the entire Nigeria.
The power outage has become in-surmountable since this administration came into power and this is part of the corruption that the government should really fight against.
Consumer should really get value for their money, only then will this country be safe. Well-done Linda for the good job. I'll advice others to read this and share it too.
