Sabel Angels presents Petite Glam, Nigeria’s Foremost Children’s Fashion Event

Petite Glam is a biannual children’s fashion event where children’s fashion clothiers will have child models walk the runway modelling a wide range of their locally made children outfits and apparels. This event promises to bring together about 200 parents, 500 kids, at least 20 popular vendors and numerous style/fashion entrepreneurs in a fun-filled day geared towards the promotion of positive family values and community cohesion. 

 

In addition to this, there will be lots of other family-oriented play activities, food, drinks, fun and games that will be provided by different vendors for children of all ages. This indeed is worth attending.

THE EVENT SCHEDULE

Date:            Sat, 23^rd July, 2o16.

Venue:         Mindscape Children’s Museum

                        Plot 1A, Block 3, Michael Olawale Cole Drive,

                             Off Ladipo Latinwo Crescent,

Hospitality: The event will provide lots of free spontaneous ‘Parent-Child’ bonding activities with a splendid assortment of food and drinks. 

EVENT ATTRACTIONS

1.     Petite Glam (Main Attraction):- This specially organised fashion show for children will feature fashion/style entrepreneurs who will present their trending children’s collection through child models who will walk the runway showcasing various ethnic wears.

2.     Kiddies Play Area (courtesy Tijan Balloons): - Carefully set-up to provide all manners of fun and games for children of all ages.

3.     Mindscape Children’s Museum Area: - Available throughout the entire event for interested families to be taken on a tour to stimulate informed learning and hands-on workshop experiences.

4.     Vendor Stalls & Merchandise Areas: - Structured to accommodate at least 20 merchandise vendors who will provide an array of Children’s Ethnic wears, food choices, drink, and other child-appropriate goods and services.

5.     Parent Lounge Area: - Thoughtfully assembled to help interested parents, relax, unwind and network throughout the event.

6.     First Aid Tent (courtesy First Aid by Levande): - To tackle minor injuries and accidents that may occur.

7.      Photo Booth (courtesy Red19 Photography): - This area will be temporarily but innovatively set up for selfies and family photo sessions, of which the resulting photographs will be made available to families in various formats and sizes at a fee agreed with the vendor.

8.     Professional Event Security Managers (courtesy Falzal Security): - The main entrance gate will be properly and adequately manned by professional event security managers who will also ensure that the entire parameter of the event venue is well covered to the extent that security personnel are highly visible throughout the event.

9.     Loads of gifts to be won such as a Lhasa Apso Puppy worth N200k courtesy of Pet Planet Nigeria, Ethnic Children’s Clothing worth N20k courtesy of Onikeke, 2 motivational books and a wall frame courtesy of Truewords,  And So Much More!!!

We aim to:

1.     Promote parent-child bonding by organising and hosting a big family day out that is all about playfulness, fun, family values and children’s fashion.

2.     Encourage proper dress sense and culture in children by enlightening their parents more on children’s fashion.

3.     Promote community cohesion through family-oriented activities, as well as deliver commercial value to private sector stakeholders through brand associations.
