Is there anything wrong in GEJ standing at the back row?

A few people online are criticizing President Jonathan for allowing himself to be placed at the back row of this pic taken at the recently concluded US-Africa summit in D.C. Some say its disrespectful as he is the leader of the 'Giant of Africa'. But some argue that it really doesn't matter as long as he was recognized and invited.

What do you think? Is there really anything wrong with him standing at the back row?

Well considering how prominent Nigeria is today on the world stage because of Boko Haram and Ebola and as the giant of Africa in economy and population, our President should have more clout and be given pride of place at the front.

I think GEJ is an unimpressive mouse in international affairs. Mumu things.

Unless the world leaders were positioned alphabetically? Or first come first served?

There's nothing wrong with it. Nigerian's always want to fault something. If he stayed in front, some other president would have stood at the back. It doesn't make those standing behind less important.

I think the problem is that every one in Nigeria nowadays think they should have an opinion in everything. They open their mouths and reveal their ignorance.

Everything is wrong with GEJ at the back row when the like of Iyayi of Benin is on the front row. For people saying it doesnt matter, will you ever see Obama in the back row in any picture of Presidents? Let him try it and Americans will be on his case. This picture is that of African leaders and GEJ should be seen in the front row because Nigeria is a leading African nation. Obansanjo will definitely not be at that back row. GEJ should start behaving in a manner that even if he decises to be at the back, others will call him to the front in recognition of Nigeria's place in Africa.

Besides, the man is on the downward spiral. The country that he rules is in tatters. Boko Haram ppl are running amok and Ebola is killing his ppl. For God's sakes it's just a damn picture haba. That's the problem we have in Africa especially Nigeria. we spend time on irrelevant things, Giant of Africa indeed. Does standing on the front row stop boko haram bombings or the spread of Ebola? or the fact that there are many unemployed Nigerians graduates? or our health sector is wacked? I don't even wana go into the educational sector. Focus is what we lack instead of our "scientists" looking for an ebola cure na pix be the problem now...
