French President did not receive any of the 147 President that came for the meeting at the airport. So its not just Buhari alone. They did not go to France on a personal visit to the French president. They went there for a world meeting and common sense should tell you that the French president cannot welcome 147 presidents with 147 presidential cars at the airport. The ambassador of each country is represented in France and they will definately make arrangements to pick up their presidents individually.
