President Jonathan has appointed a new Head of Service of the federation. He is Dr Danladi Irmiya Kifasi.
Until his appointment, Dr Kifasi was a permanent secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum resources. He succeeds Mallam Bukar Goni who retired recently.

Kelvin ur not suppose to hate on people ,we don't hate southerners . We need to be educated on this not all northerners are hausas,we have our individual tribes and Mr kifasi who is from Taraba is a Christian and a tribal man.Hausa is a lingual we speak in the north not a dialect to all of us there.
Am not sure he is a Dr, Linda, pls reconfirm. He is an accountant who also has a law degree.
