Ehen Linda o, abeg I heard that the kidnapper's den discovered in Okporo Orlu was a block of flats and the kidnapper was using his flat to do his biz, and the police burnt down the building (someone's property) and did not allow the other tenants to take out even a pin from their flats just bcos they didn't know that their neighbour was a kidnapper.
