Police officers have the right to stop people anywhere in the world, I can't see any harassment in the video however if you feel you were harassed then go and make a complain at the police station accompanied by a lawyer, you don't need to know the DPO.

If you ask me I see nothing wrong with what happened here. A police officer stopped you and asked to search your vehicle and you refused to allow him to do his job, so he resulted in using force. They were merely doing their job. It is because of the neglect of the police and other forces that Nigeria is in Turmoil today. So let them do heir job, which is to protect the streets. It's amazing how some idiots cannot see what is wrong with this video, an officer of the law does not have to cork their gun just to conduct a search. If they end up shooting someone, it'll be considered as an accidental discharge. If everyone can agree on what is right or wrong then we'll be sure to say that no matter which part of the world we are living in, this is wrong. i think the law says u can only conduct a search with a "search warrant". the little clip doesn't tell the whole story i think. but the it clear both parties were overzealous.
