Sincerely speaking, I never liked life@d hostel bcos of d crowdy nature, and different personalities dat reside there. Life off campus was far better.
By His grace, dis water situation wil b resolve, and it wil seem they never experience anytin. Definitely, it wil b a tin of d past.

While in school, @ a private uni we experienced this too, so it isn't a big deal....we had to use buckets n den climb d tanks den tie our buckets with the wrappers we have as a fetching buckets.

Oh Uniben my alma mater, remember those days back in Hall 4 Unit 2. There was always queue for water sometimes we would even have to walk down to Hall 5 or Dentistry Quarters to get water. It was that bad thought by now things might have improved. smh

In a more advanced society, someone could get sued.
I hope they get water supply soon though. Its one of those intetesting escapades about hostel life.

This is very deplorable! I stayed in Hall 4 (Abuja) throughout my stay in UNIBEST (as termed by the then President and Commander in Chief). I remember once when I was there and our living conditions were worsening, we invited (more like summon) the Dean of Students and made our demands after showing him round. I will personally do something about this, starting with a few calls to the VC's office, office of the Dean of Students and the Alumni President. Will provide a new water facility, if that's what it takes.

I remember wen I was allocated a bunk back in 2003 when I just enter. Yikes! The flies on the wall and the poor sanitary condition in hall 4 was the height plus the zero privacy. Couldn't spend a night there. Had to crook up an off campus accommodation in bdpa. Stayed there till I grad. Uniben I hail thee
