The snag here is that you must reside in Lagos for you to be a seller on Konga. I created a store in Konga portal but was told to physically bring the product to their office at Ajao estate..Pls how do you help those that reside outside Lagos to key into this platform?..
People can be so evil, see them highlighting the positives as if its true, my advise start you own website jeje and run away from konga, they can ruin your cashflow! Misplace your items and be polite about inability to resolve your issues! Speaking from personal experience, all these are old testimonials of last yr nothing new! Be ware

Oh well, from the buyer's perspective, im going to have to praise KOnga. I ordered something on sunday afternoon, called customer care and asked to expedite so i could get it in 5 working days. The lady was veerry polite as she told me they dont expedite but they would do the best they can. I got the stuff in 4 days! Iv been praising them o. Dem don tie my dada!
