The family lawyer, Segun Akinloye, told Punch that samples had been taken from the deceased before he was buried and sent abroad for a comprehensive autopsy test. The lawyer said late Oke's family was worried about the delay in the release of the result and have written to the Department of Pathology, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, asking for autopsy results.

Anything that concerns a Banker, Nigerian police will not hesitate to release the full dose of their anger to proof the perceived hatred. The have succeeded in killing him via turture. They must be dealt with severely to avoid future reoccurrence. Justice must prevail! For crying out loud, there are ways to investigate fraud,which does not necessarily involve turture.
