Power oil encourages healthy lifestyle through laudable health initiatives

In a bid to promote a healthy lifestyle, Power Oil has embarked on a long-term mission to promote and educate consumers on the importance of maintaining a good and stable heart health.
One of the most important factors in leading a healthy life is exercise and Power Oil has successfully brought to you the “walk- heart-on” initiative, a yearly activity spread across different regions of the country to sensitize Nigerians as well as encourage them to engage in regular walk for a healthy heart.

Also, the Heart Health Mission initiative is primarily aimed at bringing free basic health check-up closer to the public with the assistance of certified doctors. Actively present in over 10 camps, Pan Nigeria; Abuja, Ibadan, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Onitsha to mention a few. This is a mission to encourage and enlighten Nigerians on the need for a periodic medical checkup and to bring into the consciousness of everyone to lead a healthy heart lifestyle.

Last year, power oil brand reached out to over 400,000 people, helping them to become aware of their heart health status. The projection for this year is to increase the outreach percentage.

It got more exciting when Power oil went a step further to throw a surprise gift presentation to mothers at different locations through the link of their loved ones to wish them a “Happy Mother’s Day”, thereby helping to deepen the family bond.

In commemoration of the annual World Heart Day Celebration, Power oil introduced the Pay with calories initiative exactly 3 years ago, a consumer activation program borne out of the necessity to encourage Nigerians to improve healthy cholesterol level, as well as lower the risk of blood pressure and heart-related ailments through rewarding incentives. An exciting atmosphere where people come with families to have fun, engage in exercise, burn calories and get rewarded based on the calories burnt.
