Oh please! This article is misleading if it's referring to United Kingdom that I know of (did 80% of my degrees in England). The bitter truth is this: out of 126 universities in the United Kingdom, Sheffield Hallam (different from University of Sheffield) is like number 80. That explains why they are enticing students from Africa and why you have not seen an agent (except a 419 ner) from University of Oxford or University of Cambridge, London School of Economics, University of London, Imperial College London, University College London, University of Leeds, University of Edinburgh, University of Birmingham, University of Manchester, University of Surrey in Africa soliciting for students...
