But if its an abbreviation like LIB den d indefinite article used depends on wat vowel sound d 1st letter has; in dis case of LIB, d 1st letter is "L" & its pronounced "EL" hence d 1st letter "L" has the "e" vowel sound so it shud be "an LIB reader" & not "a LIB reader".
