I can never be a fan of women being portrayed as physical objects to be ogled on by all.

Get urselves girls some sort of skill and pursu that instead.Beauy contests to me are like the parading of cows in the market for buyers

All well n good if some girl's dreams come true but really,u see why the educational standards in the country keeps dropping or rather why more and more Nigerian students cant even hit a reasonable cut-off mark at the JAMB exams?cos all they are interested in these days is the glitz and razzmatazz of the entertainment industry;and these show biz promoters and hunters keep exploiting the green-horn attitude of these girls mostly for their own selfish gratification.I wish more Nigerian girls and women especially, would rise up to the challenge of the increasing demands of an evolving and growing world economy and bring their input to bear on the international scene in more relevant and innovative projects.I speak as a Nigerian woman that sees on a daily basis here in France, the deplorable situation of most young, beautiful, promising Nigerian young girls who fail to see the great potentials in themselves other than short-cuts to quick money and fame.
