False! They will run for office and not pay a dime to any civil servant, using the federal allocation or screening as an excuse. There is no money, yet Osun state governor managed to deceive the workers by paying them the 3 months he was owing before his election into 2nd term in office.
With all due respect, i disagree with you on this one sir.. Dropping state allocations won't stop greedy people from contesting and winning elections,, it will only make the greedy politicians to stop paying innocent civil servants and state workers citing the reduced state allocation as an excuse.. It will even make them to engage in more corrupt practices just to make up for the lost fund from FG

States should learn to generate their own revenue, there should be a provision in the law for that.
