A Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday dismissed
the bail application filed by former Osun state deputy governor, Iyiola
Omisore. EFCC operatives arrested him in Abuja on July 3rd and he has
been in their custody since then. Omisore who is being prosecuted over
N1.3billion he allegedly got from the office of the former National
Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, had filed an application for bail but it
was dismissed by a Federal High Court Judge for lack of competence.
