So why is NNPC Filling stations selling fuel at N145 per liter?

Many NNPC filling stations are selling fuel at N145 per litre and it begs the question, why?

**********************Really ***?????????? Have learnt somthing new from seun's (?????)************* I bn think say all na subsidised fuel ????????

The reason is because if the price range is too much the pressure on nnpc filling stations will be too much and we would be back to square 1

Really, I haven't reasoned it like this..... But come to think of it, this is one of the salient questions Kachikwu needs to answer. But then, Nigerians would be left with their questions while the government continues with its "I don't care" attitude. After all, their e-rats have been distributed amongst all blogs, Twitter and Facebook, ever ready to bash anyone who raises any question.

Is it illegal?
Allow competition bring it down- that's the regulation! Abi femi, only you wan be market forces?
If the directive says 145 max, what is your problem or was nnpc exempted ? Let's deal based on facts!Have they gone against the directive? No!!

Most of the NNPC filling stations were sold as a franchise and owned by individuals and not government. I hope this answers your question.

What is seun saying?, ooh so u hv repented by this period in 2012 u n ur hypocritic fools where occupying Nigeria at Ojota. Then u were screaming no to to fuel price hike, now u don change am to #notopetrolimportation. Hyper hypocrite, u all never imagined a day like this will come.Upon wetin ur papa teach u sey "seun if u dey follow follow make u open eye"

Seun are you just waking up from your slumber? Continue sleeping abeg. Better go and wake up at Ojota. Hypocrite like you

We need to face the reality on ground the only option left is deregulation. It is only in lagos you buy fuel @ #86 other parts of the country #120-#170. Deregulation brings Competition and any market where there's competition price will be forced to come down with time. Lastly, NNPC can sell at any price but it is sensible for them to sell at 140 to 145 to avoid congestion at their various stations.

So many things are wrong in this country and it seems wrong is the new cool
This government doesn't give a damn about anybody, all they do is what they want.

No dumbass nnpc filling stations like every other station has to follow set prices as it is a different arm of the nnpc that handles distribution. Go smoke a joint and leave critical thinking to people who's parents weren't smoking herbs while they conceived them.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! Don't mind the idiot. His comment makes absolutely no sense.
