Litigants and witnesses at the Atani Chief Magistrate Court in Ogbaru
local government area of Anambra State Wednesday witnessed a mild drama
in the court premises as some people who claimed to be homosexuals
nearly disrupted court proceedings in solidarity with two suspected
homosexuals standing trial for allegedly committing same sex offence.
As early as 9 .00am, a large number of men with feminist outlook
started gathering at the court premises to the surprise of the people
around and it was only then that information filtered into the area that
they came to identify with two of their members who were arrested by
the police and charged to court for same sex violation related offense.

There is something I want to get the opinion of LIBers. A little background first..I am a Christian and I think homosexuality is a sin. Recently I worked on a team with a gay colleague. At first I was not sure how to relate with him outside work because he was a real friendly guy...
But the dude turned out to be a really cool guy, we would hang out together with the rest of team and gist for hours...I could not but like him as a person. There is something I want to get the opinion of LIBers. A little background first..I am a Christian and I think homosexuality is a sin. Recently I worked on a team with a gay colleague. At first I was not sure how to relate with him outside work because he was a real friendly guy...
But the dude turned out to be a really cool guy, we would hang out together with the rest of team and gist for hours...I could not but like him as a person. I don't think this means I have committed a sin before God because I like my gay colleague and think he is a decent human being.I never ask him about his boyfriend and he never asks me about my opinion on homosexuality. Its a silent understanding we have because he knows I would not treat him differently.
