THe second picture shows maturity when two people split and decide, we are better off as friends, it is a good thing to maintain good rapport what with kids and all. However, this marrieage/nonmarriage issue is not new gist. They never tied the knot. Kimora and Djimon had some kinda native ceremony in his hometown. Those ceremonies are not binding under US law.
