The most exciting fitness festival in Lagos takes place today!

IT’S HERE! The first of its kind; FitFam™ Fest 2016 is a fitness fun festival for family, friends, health freaks, foodies and fitness enthusiasts. There is will be something for everyone! Sunday 11th of Dec, for the first time ever, Landmark Event Center will be used to its full capacity as the car park, indoor hall and beach front will be filled with activities, masterclasses, fitness classes and so much more!
There will be beach activities such as “the Puma beach soccer” game, Beach pickup games, Ultimate Frisbee competition etc. Other activities include the Strong Man Car Pulling Challenge, Tug of War, Obstacle Courses and the kids aren’t left out as Ruff n Tumble will be on ground at the Kids Arena with arrays of fun stuff!

Some of Nigeria’s biggest celebrity fitness trainers will be on ground to share their routines with the infusion of fun! That includes Celebrity Fitness Coach, Maje Ayida & the HIIT Squad, Creator of ICSPIN Club, Farida Sanusi, Ezinne of Britain’s Got Talent, Atarhe of TXFIT Houston and many other amazing dance and fitness coaches.

For the health freaks and foodies, there will be a nutrition masterclass by founder of Cookie Jar, Eros and Gourmet - Tolu Eros and Nigerian TV & film actress and model, Somkele Iyamah who is also a food enthusiast.

The festival has also created an opportunity for people to experience the pleasure and blessing of giving as people are urged to come along with their old sportswear to be donated to charity!
