From TMZ
Vlada and her professional photog claim Kylie has jacked the style of the photos to hawk her wares, and they're threatening a lawsuit. They say the pics are dead ringers for theirs.
Here's the problemo ... there's a whole legal thing that ideas are not legally protected -- just the images -- and Kylie did her own version that may be similar, but as Freud said, "close, but no cigar."
We reached out to Kylie's camp for comment ... so far, no word back.

Their business
Everything about that family is fake or stolen. Please sue.
Linda. I like you. But when you start writing things like "jerk off" idea from another person's instagram or twitter or whatever, I worry. How about "lifting" the idea? Or "taking" or "stealing", etc? The next thing you know a teenager complains, to a parent, that his siblings jerked off his thing.
mtchdew cheap fame!
-D great anonymous now as Vivian Reginalds
Intellectual works are protected by law, at least here in Canada they are. The girl can prove Kylie stole ideas from her on two occasions, first the dripping lips and now the makeup on hands over her eyes/face.
