In a bid to allow Lagosians enjoy a hitch-free Eid-il-Kabir celebration, the Lagos State government has cancelled the state's September Sanitation exercise. This was made known by the permanent secretary, Ministry of the Environment, Oluwatoyin Onisarotu.
