Someone should please help me and inform Taraba State Governor that I am a certified prayer warrior, in fact I gat PhD in praying since 2001. I heard he mapped out 200million naira for prayer warriors.

How long must this insanity continue? Why should other regions of the nation bear the brunt of such foolery, ineptitude and wastefulness year in and year out?
