When you look at her you see that her body is toned from exercise and hard work and not drinking herbal tea and hoping for miracle to happen! Like a friend said, "You dey drink tea, na him make you fat?!"

If you lose weight by starving yourself and drinking teas you will have unsightly loose hanging skin everywhere and that won't look nice. On the other hand if you lose weight by toning up and doing regular exercise as well as watching your diet, you will look like this Lady
Exercise is good for you, too much rice isn't. Don't go back for a second helping. You know yourselves. Orobosity, obesity, whatever you call it didn't come overnight. It's the effect of being greedy and uncontrolled for several years

How dare you, you're not complimenting her when you use the words fat in the same sentence as fine, good looking or beautiful. I have lived with this girl since last year July and I have seen her get up at the crack of dawn to go to the gym and work her butt off then go to work a 12 hour shift, I have seen her sit in a restaurant on her friends birthday and not eat because the food is unbelievably unhealthy. She has sacrificed a lot to look good and feel good, so please do not come on this nice blog post that this woman has written about my friends amazing journey with your BULLSHIT comments. Especially those that say these pictures are fake, just watch when she starts her youtube channel, then you people screaming fake will have nothing to say. Say something nice or keep it moving.
